Hi, I’m Jade, a qualified integrative therapist based in East London and online.
In my work with clients, I like to pay close attention to the mind-body connection. I am interested in the ways in which how we feel can often be telling us something that is not yet accessible to us in a way we fully understand. Our work together will focus on slowing down and connecting to those feelings, without the pressure of having all the answers. I believe that intentionally slowing down and giving these experiences the space to be felt can often open up new and impactful understandings.
Clients often come to me wanting to better understand the impact of their past, particularly how it shapes their relationship with themselves and with others. Together, we can begin to explore where certain patterns may have developed, what they once helped you cope with, and how you might start understanding these patterns with compassion, leading to meaningful changes.
For some, mental health struggles show up through difficulties with setting boundaries or feeling responsible for others. Often, these patterns are so deeply embedded that the body can begin to signal when something needs to change, through anxiety, panic attacks, burnout, or chronic pain and illness. Part of our work together is helping you understand and safely articulate your feelings, while building a deeper connection to your own needs and experiences, and perhaps gaining an understanding of how what wasn’t yet accessible emotionally had been impacting you physically.
My aim is to create a space that feels real and grounded. I’m not a silent or distant therapist, but I’m also not someone who pushes or rushes. I will meet you with curiosity, honesty, and genuine empathy, making sure we stay connected to your goals and that the process always feels collaborative.
I hold a First Class Honours degree in Counselling from the University of East London, where I trained in an integrative approach. This allows me to work flexibly, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to suit each individual. I continue to engage in ongoing professional development and regular supervision, which supports me in working safely, ethically, and with depth.
Alongside my professional qualifications, I bring a deep interest in the lived experience: how the past shapes the present, how we are changed by our relationships, and how we can reconnect with our own inner wisdom to create positive and meaningful change in our lives.

FAQs
What Can counselling help with?
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in certain patterns, struggling in relationships, dealing with burnout, or trying to make sense of past experiences. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is a chance for us to explore what has brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping for from the process. This session is like an extended introductory call but face to face. We may discuss you past experience of therapy, if you have any, what helped, what didn’t, current things you are hoping to work on or past things you are hoping to explore and understand more. This is our opportunity to really figure out if working together is the right fit for you.
How many sessions will i need?
This really depends on you and what you’re looking for support with. Some people come for short-term work around a specific issue, while others choose longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns and experiences. We can review this together as the work develops. I do however recommend that for the first 12 sessions we meet on a weekly basis to help create consistency, safety, and momentum. Also to build trust in the therapeutic relationship.
How do I get started?
You’re welcome to get in touch by email to arrange a free introductory call. This usually takes no longer than 15 minutes and is a chance for me to get to know what you are seeking therapy for a little better and for you to ask me any questions you may like about how I work and how our work together may look.
